Tenderikka

This is not
a project.
It’s a field.

Tenderikka is a living field —
a space where you can lay down your armor and hear the beating of a shared heart.

Can you give when you feel uncertain?
Can you receive when fear is close?

Here, you don’t need to save the world — it’s enough to become a living example of your own truth. Every part of you is welcome to speak, in its own time.
Tenderikka doesn’t want to change you.
It only whispers:
You are already whole.

Small note

We write in the feminine form— not because we speak only to women,
but because Tenderikka was born from the energy of the feminine essence.
If you’re reading these words as a man, a non-binary or transgender person — know that you are just as welcome here.

Tenderikka Speaks

Sometimes we’re not looking for content — but for a tone.
A voice that gently reminds us: everything that matters is already within you.

A NAME WITH INTENTION

Why Tenderikka

The name Tenderikka reflects our intention —
to act with tenderness and with courage.
Tender means softness, gentleness, and presence. The word rikka in Japanese can mean six flowers, a jewel, a scent — symbols of beauty and the uniqueness of co-creation. In Estonian, rikka means rich or abundant —evoking the image of resources that blossom through community and harmony.
Tenderikka is a synthesis of strength and sensitivity, of action and stillness, of individuality and togetherness.

It is not just a name. It is an intention that breathes through every word.

Flavia Aga Czarnecka

Initiator of Tenderikka

Artist, once a gallerist.
Later, an astrologer and lightworker.
Always a seeker of truth.
Author of The Living Field.
She lives in Poland, regularly resides in New Mexico — but creates from a place beyond borders.

A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2000), she spent years running galleries and creating cultural spaces. Today, she moves at the intersection of art, astrology, and presence practices.
Her creative path flows between polarities — body and spirit, matter and energy, archetype and everyday life. She weaves together astrology, intuition, and a contemporary understanding of consciousness, helping others find their inner compass in a world that is constantly reshaping itself.

She sees astrology not as a rigid system, but as a living tool for introspection — supporting people in returning to inner guidance, dissolving old patterns, and finding their place — in time, in the body, in the world.

What’s only beginning to bloom

What’s next?

This is only the beginning.
Tenderikka is unfolding slowly, organically —
like a garden that doesn’t need to hurry to bloom.
Soon, we’ll invite you into a shared space: with circles, a library, rituals, a store, and ways to co-create.
But even now, you’re welcome to simply be — and see if this space feels like home.
We’ll stay in touch — in your inbox, in the field, in a rhythm that reveals itself naturally.

Before the circles, the rituals, and the shared library appear — you’re welcome to come here. The Journal is a space where we share reflections. Not to convince — but simply to accompany.
